“We are thrilled that the State Senate has overwhelmingly passed a Clean Fuel Standard (CFS) for the third year in a row. This is one of the most effective tools we have to reduce air pollution from transportation, and it has already proven effective in Canada as well as in California, Washington, and Oregon. Now it’s time for New York to follow suit.
